Description: This Veterans Day, the Big Chicken Chorus, the Marietta Daily Journal, and The Strand have come together to present a program celebrating and honoring the members of our armed forces.

The program will feature a concert by the Big Chicken Chorus (the Marietta chapter of the international Barbershop Harmony Society) including many patriotic songs. The Marietta Daily Journal will present a documentary film, "Memories of War", featuring interviews with local World War II veterans, giving their invaluable testimony of the war and their place in it. There will also be post-show Q&A talkback with WWII veterans about their experiences before, during and after the war.

A celebration of our veterans and an invaluable insight into the second world war from those who experienced it first-hand, this event is a must-see for any supporter of the men and women who gave everything for their country and anyone with an interest in WWII history -- directly from the ones who lived it.

Patrons will have the opportunity to purchase a VIP experience which includes VIP seating for the Veterans Day Salute program, a DVD copy of the "Memories of War" documentary, and a 4th floor reception prior to the program. VIP RECEPTION BEGINS AT 2PM.

All active duty military and veterans get in free to the Veterans Day Salute program. Tickets to the program are $10 for the general public. For VIP tickets, which grants access to the pre-show reception, a copy of the documentary, and VIP seating, the price is $25. VIP tickets for active duty military and veterans is $15.

Join us a half hour before showtime for a live organ pre-show of patriotic music, performed by house organist Ron Carter on the Mighty Allen Theatre Organ!
